Due to the impact of COVID-19 shipping couriers have suspended all overnight shipment guarantees. You may experience 1-2 day delays in your shipments. During this time we will only be shipping packages from Monday - Wednesday to avoid the risk of delays on Fridays which will cause shipments to be held up over the weekend and arrive in poor condition.
Will the delay impact the quality of natural predators?
We are packaging all shipments with proper insulation and extra food to ensure beneficial insects will not be impacted by a delay in shipment of 1-2 days.
How long should I be expecting this delay in shipments to last?

What if my shipment is delayed for over two days?
Some locations are taking longer then 1-2 days for deliveries to arrive. If your shipment has been delayed for over 2 days we will get in touch with you.
