Ordered from here 2 times now. Each time you could tell they were very much alive. Noticed a mild spider mite infection and got 3 different bugs from here. They worked great together - This one, persimilis and californicus. First batch I released about 12k bugs of mix between the 3 and another 4k 4 weeks later. Even at 4 weeks, I could see them moving about the plants. I bought the same bugs previously from somewhere else but they did not work as well.

Order was left outside in the heat, very disappointed with delivery this time.

Ordered these on a Friday, received them the following Wednesday- they’re pretty fast! However, Purolator left them in the scorching hot sun for most of the afternoon. I thought signatures are required for drop offs. Emailed the company to see if anything could be done cause I was worried they’d be dead, it’s been close to a week now since I emailed them and still haven’t gotten a reply.
