The Life Cycle
Egg Stage: Females lay clusters of 20–30 eggs on the underside of leaves near pest populations. The eggs hatch into nymphs within 5–7 days.
Nymphal Stage: The nymphs go through five instars, actively feeding on soft-bodied pests like caterpillars and beetle larvae. This stage lasts about 21–28 days, depending on environmental conditions.
Adult Stage: Adults live for several weeks to months, during which they hunt pests and reproduce. Females lay hundreds of eggs during their lifespan, sustaining their population. Sex ratio is 1:1 male to female.
