This stage is best used preventatively, allowing the eggs to hatch and larvae to establish before pest populations grow.

I have purchased both the eggs and larvae on two separate occasions. The eggs hatched in a few days as promised and the larvae cleared my aphid infestation in less than 3 days. Amazing little critters.
Delivery fast, the box my critters were in was kept warm in the current winter weather, and they all went off to do their job nicely.

I believe most eggs were dead from extreme heat before they arrived. Only a handful of eggs have hatched so far after a week.
