Unfortunately 50% of the ladybugs we received were dead when we opened the box.

We have to reorder 500 bugs.🐞

I have ordered live beneficial insects for years but this is the first time I've ordered them from GrowLiv. The fact that they were sent with signature required was a MAJOR issue for me. My farm is big enough that even if I'm 'home' I'm not always available to sign for packages. So I missed them the first day. And on the second day, UPS gave me a 12:15-4:15 time window, so I had to stick around the house to receive the package which was a major inconvenience. And UPS didn't show up until 5:45. Please stop sending insects with a signature required. I won't purchase again if that is still the case.

Customer service is awesome, order was received over a week ago and bugs are still very active. Had some shipping issues in December, customer service couldn’t have been better. Will order again soon.

I am pleased with the ColeoLiv introduction to my indoor garden, they are quite active. I use the ColeoLiv as a preventative measure for my medical marijuana garden. GrowLiv Biologicals have always been a joy to do business with, they will give you assistance when requested and are very prompt on deliveries.

There is nothing more satisfying than seeing the lady bugs crawl out of their canister onto our aphid affected tree! Except perhaps now seeing the next generation of lady bugs emerge! Great experience
