OriLiv-N (Nymphs)

OriLiv-N contains the nymphal stage of Orius insidiosus, a fast-moving generalist predator, mixed with buckwheat hulls. Since these nymphs do not yet have wings, they cannot fly—making them ideal for targeted releases where stationary predation is preferred.

Orius insidiosus is one of the few natural enemies capable of feeding on all mobile stages of thrips, making it especially effective for hotspot suppression. Beyond thrips, it also feeds on a wide range of soft-bodied pests such as aphids, spider mites, mealybugs, and soft scales.

When prey is limited, Orius nymphs can survive by feeding on pollen, making them well-suited for use with banker plant systems like alyssum and purple flash.
