I recently ordered products from you last week and before I ordered them I called to inquire about which product would fit the issue that I was having in my grow room..
I was told by the woman who answered that they do not offer any products support or customer help in person you must send an email message I thought this was strange because I've been dealing with your company for many years and have always received in person customer support.

I then filled out the attached form and a Gentleman called me back and gave me excellent customer service and support and told me exactly which product I should use.

I suggest that you remove that number from your website at is the only phone number that I could find anywhere and have it answered by someone who actually will give customer service and support as I've received excellent customer service and support from you many times in the past whenever I called I've been using your company for several years now and I was shocked that the person answering the phone would not help or give me any number to someone that would help..

My sachets came on time and I hung them on my house plants . The plants look amazingly heathy and I am thrilled. It is so much better than insecticidal soap or sticky strips! I will start growing in my greenhouse in spring and will use the good bugs again. Thank you soooo much.
