Size: 100 Adults
Adult green lacewings (Chrysoperla carnea) don't feed on pests. They only feeds on pollen, honeydew, and nectar. However they are very good at locating aphid colonies and will lay their eggs there. One female can lay up to 200 eggs.
These eggs hatch into larva 3-6 days later. The larval stage has a gluttonous appetite and can effectively suppress the hotspots.
Green lacewing larva is also a generalist predator and can work well as preventative control of a range of soft-bodied pests (whiteflies, aphids, thrips, mealybugs, spider mites etc).
