About OriLiv

OriLiv contains adult Orius insidiosus, a fast-moving generalist predator known for its ability to control thrips.

It is one of the few natural enemies that feeds on all mobile stages of thrips, making it especially effective for hotspot suppression.

OriLiv also feeds on a wide range of soft-bodied pests including aphids, spider mites, mealybugs, and soft scales. When prey is limited, it can survive by feeding on pollen, which makes it well-suited for banker plant systems like alyssum and purple flash.

Use preventatively or at the first sign of thrips to prevent outbreaks and maintain balance in your IPM program.

It is best known for its ability to suppress thrips, being one of the only predators commercially available that can feed on all mobile stages of thrips. It is a generalist predator which means it can attack a range of soft-bodied insects and mites, including aphids, mealybugs, spider mites, and soft-scales.
