PersiLiv

I've long been a customer of Growliv, and have had good pest control results with their products, for everything from thrips to spider mites. However, a recent order I placed didn't go as well. I had ordered Persiliv in early September, and there were issues with the delivery. It was delivered by Purolator to a different address altogether, and left outside in the heat of summer, based on the photos of the delivery location. I sent an email to Growliv immediately upon discovering this, as I was afraid of the viability of the product if I couldn't reconcile the issue with the shipper. I contacted Purolator and spent hours opening a case, and trying to convince them they had made a mistake. It took Purolator nearly two days to contact the delivery driver, and send them back to their delivery location to find the package they'd misdelivered, by which time I had (boots on the ground, going door to door in my neighbourhood) figured out which house it had been erroneously delivered to, and retrieved it by myself. by this point, I still hadn't heard back from Growliv. I immediately ran home to introduce them, to ensure I had the best chance at viability, and sent another email to Growliv, to notify them that I had found the package, and was hoping for the best, but wanted their assurance that they'd support me in a claim against Purolator if the persiliv were negatively impacted by the shipper's error. Needless to say, I never received a response from Growliv, to either of my two emails, or the multiple voicemails I left. I noticed minimal activity of the persimilis even 24hr after I introduced them, and my spider mites are still raging, a month and a half later-- so I know that the product was negatively impacted by the delivery error. However, I have tried in vain to submit a claim to Purolator, and they keep denying it, and directing me to contact the supplier to submit the claim on my behalf. Since I've already tried that and haven't received a response from Growliv, this has turned out to be a very stressful, time consuming, and expensive experience, unfortunately. If I cannot get a response from the supplier of the product I am purchasing, to get their support in matters such as these, it's hard to justify continuing to buy from them.

The Growliv team had my order ready right away and then in just a couple days, 1k of the P. Persimilis turned the beginnings of a sun room spider mite problem into fertilizer ;)
